Oxnard Harbor District breaks ground on Waterfront Access Enhancement
Oxnard Harbor District and City of Port Hueneme officials recently held a groundbreaking dedication ceremony initiating construction on the Shore Protection Repair & Waterfront Promenade Project connecting Hueneme Beach and the Hueneme Lighthouse.
