Notice is hereby given that the Oxnard Harbor District (District), acting as Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), is releasing for review and comment to all agencies, organizations, and interested persons, a Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the Port of Hueneme North Terminal Berth Deepening and Wharf 2 Improvements Project (proposed project).
