Kristin Decas Named General Manager of the Year for Growing Cargo and Protecting the Environment

In February 2019, the Oxnard Harbor District/Port of Hueneme’s CEO & Port Director Kristin Decas was named General Manager of the Year by the Ventura County Special District Association. The Association has represented over 20 independently governed special districts located in Ventura County since 1974. Decas was among many nominated for the top award.
