Kristin Decas Named General Manager of the Year for Growing Cargo and Protecting the Environment

In February 2019, the Oxnard Harbor District/Port of Hueneme’s CEO & Port Director Kristin Decas was named General Manager of the Year by the Ventura County Special District Association.
